• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• To request a return, please contact us with your order details and product image.

Once your request is approved:

• You can choose between a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after verification.

Note: We do not offer returns for change of mind.
